all natural organic artisan bread since         2010

In 2010, eating less processed foods became a higher priority for us.  While shopping for our family's food, the breads that I came across contained a multitude of ingredients.  After realizing we would not find what we were looking for in the stores, we decided to try making it on our own. After some research, several cookbooks, and a few non-edible loaves, we had our first real all-natural organic artisan bread. Bread with just flour, water and salt. Bread that tasted good and was good for us.

 A year later, Island Breads was formed.

I fell in love with the art of making bread and that passion has taken me around the country on a quest to learn how to make the best bread. 

 Our goal is to provide our customers with natural, unprocessed organic artisan breads and pastries.
